Your Mini-Portfolio of AI Mastery
By the end of this program, you'll have a mini-portfolio showcasing your AI skills and leadership. These artifacts will be invaluable for your career, side projects, and community initiatives.
Leadership Principles
Create your own AI Leadership Principles along with a Mini Governance Draft. This foundational artifact will guide responsible AI conversations in your environment.
Executive Summary
Craft a polished Executive Summary Brief that highlights your ability to utilize AI effectively. This document will demonstrate your analytical skills and leadership in AI applications.
Thought Leadership
Develop a compelling draft of thought leadership content, complete with an Idea Bank for future posts. This artifact will reflect your unique voice and insights in your field.
Visual Prototype
Create an AI-enhanced visual prototype that showcases your creativity and technical skills. This final artifact will serve as a testament to your ability to lead with AI in your projects.

Navigating new technologies with clarity and confidence is at the center of my work. Too often, AI is framed with fear or hype — what’s missing is space for us to practice using it in ways that reflect our values, amplify our voices, and create new opportunities.
The AI Confidence Cohort is a 4-week, hands-on program where you’ll build practical skills and a portfolio of projects — from defining your AI Leadership Principles to writing, prompting, and creating visual prototypes.
My hope is that these sessions will help you not just keep up with AI, but step forward as a leader in your career and community.

Get clear on what AI is (and isn’t), how it shows up in daily life, and what it means for your future. Create your own AI Leadership Principles and draft a starter governance guide for your workplace, school, or community.(No Saturday studio this week — giving participants space to onboard and settle in.)

Learn to use AI as a research partner while keeping control of the analysis. Practice prompting techniques, evaluate outputs, and draft a Professional Executive Summary Brief.Sat, Nov 1 — Studio / Feedback
Share and refine your briefs. Live coaching on how to sharpen prompts and tighten analysis.
Tue, Nov 4 — Vision: Expand What’s Possible
Dive into context engineering — providing AI with background and goals to generate nuanced, useful outputs. Apply this to personal brand building by drafting a thought leadership piece (LinkedIn post, blog, or article).Sat, Nov 8 — Studio / Feedback
Peer review + voice coaching: practice editing drafts so they feel authentic and aligned with your leadership style.

Use AI design tools to transform writing into visuals. Turn an earlier artifact (Executive Summary or Thought Leadership Draft) into a slide deck, infographic, or campaign flyer.Sat, Nov 15 — Studio / Showcase
Final feedback + portfolio share. Participants present their artifacts and walk away with a clear AI Roadmap for continuing their growth.
